Ven. Chodron first explains the Noble Eight Fold Path:

  1. Right View
  2. Right Intention
  3. Right Speech
  4. Right Action
  5. Right Livelihood
  6. Right Effort
  7. Right Mindfulness
  8. Right Concentration

She then connects this with the Rotary’s Four Way Test:

  1. Are the things you’re thinking, saying, and doing true?
  2. Is it fair to all concerned?
  3. Will it bring goodwill and better friendships?
  4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
